July 4, 1999.

Here are some scanned photos of the exterior of the house. These were taken to appease the relatives. Seriously, the lawn is mostly established now (except for a few spots), and the house looks pretty good.

You are downloading full-sized images, so if you want to see one, simply click on the photo.

The two ruts in the front yard are from excess downspout flow. The builder sent someone out to fix this several times. But instead of running the spout underground, they just kept adding dirt and seed to these two spots. Can you spell S-T-U-P-I-D?
It seems the only time I get to see the front of my house is when I take pictures of it. We always enter through the garage, and most people use the side door as well. Too bad, because it is a pretty house.
From this angle you can see the largest portion of our usable yard. This area is almost large enough for a tennis court. But don't worry, we're not paving it. And no swimming pool either!
Here you can see the deck a bit better. This shot was probably not necessary.
These small Cypress trees that are trying very hard to survive (and failing miserably) belong to our next door neighbor. They planted them to provide both a windblock and to obscure their view of Clovermeadow Drive from their deck. They are planted right on the property line. You can see the patio and ramped stairs we added recently. The stairs are designed to allow us to get Rachel (in her wheelchair) up from and down to the basement. It's a bit of effort, but not terribly bad.
This shot is taken from the neighbor's driveway and shows the entire back of the house as best a camera can.
This angle appears in many of the video snaps. Not a great angle, but...
Here's what to look for if you come to visit.
