Captain David J. Vogel, USN

Spring 1995 - Dave Vogel is Bruce's half brother from his father's first marriage. He is a Deputy Supervisor of Shipbuilding and was instrumental on April 8 1995, in christening the Cole (DDG 67), the eighth in a series of fourteen 'Aegis' Guided Missile Destroyers. Bruce met him for the first time on May 1, 1995, at the Scherzinger residence in Reston, VA. Dave was in DC on TDY.

Dad visits his long lost first son, David Vogel, in the spring of 1995 at Dave's home near Buloxi, Mississippi.
