This is the closest I could find on Toll Brothers website to what our family room will look like. The layout is identical. however, we will not have a stone fireplace. Ours will be brick (same light stuff as on the exterior) and will have a simple mantle. Also, our ceiling will not be beamed like this one is. It will, however, be two stories high. The windows will be the same.
